We know life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans have to change. for one of services If you cancel 48 hours or more before your appointment, I will happily provide a full refund.
For cancellations within 48 hours, we will still return 50%, and we truly appreciate your understanding as this helps support me and keep things running smoothly.
For memberships if you cancel your membership and you still have both credits you will be provided a full refund for that month however if you have used a credit and booked a slot you may receive a 50% refund for that month when you cancel.

When you select Membership in our booking app, you subscribe to the monthly plan in which you get two monthly credits for your chosen service which you can then use to book a slot. If you do not use the credits within a month they will not roll over.

Not necessarily! If you choose the exterior detail and as long as you have an outdoor tap and an electrical socket we can access without you being there, we can get the job done while you’re away. Many of our customers love the convenience of coming back to a freshly detailed car. Just let us know by sending a quick message to 07367 273627 before your booking.
